Genoese Pandolce

Genoese pandolce is a typical Ligurian products.

At the beginning was a Christmas cake, but now you find it each day in the year. It has a leavining more than 20 hours, rich with raisins, candied fruits, and pinenuts. It's  very soft and with a very good taste. The recipe is very difficult to prepare becauseit has 3 mixings and needs leavining in differents momentes. You can find in 500, 750 and 1000 gr. and during Christmas time in a bigger size untill 10 kg.

Old Genoa Pandolce

Even if its name is Old Genoa is come later than Genoise with is the original one.

Its preparation is more faster, because the

Leavening is only for 30 minutes.

It's very rich in dry and candied fruits, it will

result thin and friable.

You can find in 500, 750 and 1000 gr. and during Christmas time in a bigger size untill 10 kg
